Stucco

Stucco cladding is another great option available. It has been around for hundreds of years and goes back to ancient times. Depending on your project we install two types of stucco systems:

Cement Board stucco
Cement Board stucco is a cost-effective, high-impact resistant, water managed system designed to give you the stucco look in a faster application. The use of strong and durable PermaBase Brand cement boards eliminates the job-site mixing, thus expediting the application time and reduces labor cost. The water-managed design allows evacuation of incidental moisture. Cement Board stucco finish coats are 100% Acrylic resisting fading and abrasion. Several textures and unlimited color options are available.

Cement Plaster stucco
Cement Plaster stucco is a popular exterior finish for buildings. It is also known as Hard Coat stucco, Three Coat Conventional stucco, and Portland Cement Plaster stucco. It is a cement mixture normally applied in two coats over chicken wire, or galvanized metal screening. It is hard, strong, weather, and fire resistant. Acrylic Stucco finish can be applied in many different textures to achieve the desirable look. The final color of the stucco can be tinted to any color you select.

NOTE: We do not install synthetic stucco, also known as EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish System), which has been associated with the moisture related problems in houses. Instead we offer real stucco or other siding products as a replacement option for EIFS.
